Shipping
We are proud to offer Free Shipping on orders over $50.00 for most items in our Food and Market categories. Additionally, some individual products in other categories are marked as "Ships Free" and qualify for free shipping regardless of order total.
Please note that this offer applies to deliveries within the continental United States only and excludes Alaska and Hawaii.
For items not included in the free shipping offer, standard shipping charges will apply. Be sure to check the product description on each item page for specific shipping details.
For our products that say “In stock, ready to ship”, we will be shipping those items to you in 1-3 business days from the date you placed the order, sent to the address you have chosen, and based on the shipping terms you have selected. Our vendors strive to get the products out as soon as they can. The estimated delivery date is based on the type of product you have ordered, any production time, and time for the product to be shipped by the carrier.
For some of our items, we have longer lead times as they will be shipped directly from our manufacturers.
- Hand tools – Typically will ship 8-16 weeks upon placing your order.
- The Yard – Items like windmills, lighthouses, wishing wells, lighted tree, and snowflakes will typically be shipped 1-2 weeks upon placing your order.
- Several other custom made items will have longer shipping times and are listed directly on the product description.
- For any of these longer termed shipping items, we will email you directly with an estimated shipping date.
For example:
- Processing time to get your order ready to ship and delivered to the carrier is 2 days
- Carrier transit time for the shipping method you chose is usually 4 days
- Your estimated delivery date is 6 days from your order date.
- Sometimes there are unexpected delays due to the carrier from weather, employee shortages, and governmental sanctions. We will contact you as soon as we are aware of any of these issues
Addresses
At Harvest Array, we strive to ensure that your products are delivered in a timely and efficient manner. To help us achieve this, it is essential that all customers provide accurate shipping information when placing an order.
Address Accuracy Please double-check your shipping address before finalizing your purchase. Harvest Array is not responsible for any delays, lost packages, or additional shipping fees that may occur as a result of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
Undeliverable Packages If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or other delivery issues caused by inaccurate information, customers have two options:
- Reshipment: Customers can choose to have the item reshipped. In this case, the customer is responsible for covering the additional shipping costs.
- Refund: If the customer chooses not to have the item reshipped, we will issue a refund for the purchase price of the product(s) only. The original shipping fees will not be refunded.

Tracking
Once your product is leaving the facilities, you will be emailed or texted a tracking number directly from Harvest Array. Click the link, to review the status of your delivery.
